3s Adult Co-Ed Hockey Clinic - Seattle
May 29-31, 2026 | Olympic View Arena, WA
This clinic was held to gear up for the fall hockey season with a clinic for adults (ages 18+) of intermediate to advanced skill levels. The goal was to enhance players' game, fitness, and confidence with expert coaching, on-ice drills, team concepts and strategies, and off-ice training focused on strength, performance, and injury prevention, plus a chalk talk and sports nutrition workshop with tips on fueling smart, recovery, and staying game-ready.
