About the Clinic

A Spring Tune-Up for Your Game

Take your hockey to the next level with our Adult Co-Ed Hockey Clinic, a late-spring training weekend designed for intermediate and advanced recreational players (18+). Taking place the weekend after Memorial Day, this clinic is ideal for players coming off league play who want to stay sharp, move better, and transition intentionally into summer hockey or gear up for the fall season.

This weekend delivers a well-rounded, adult-focused training experience centered on quality reps, smart movement, and sustainable performance—combining structured on-ice instruction with purposeful off-ice sessions designed specifically for adult athletes.

What This Clinic Includes

On-Ice Skill Development

On-ice sessions are structured, efficient, and game-relevant—ideal for players looking to clean up details after the season:

  • Passing & Receiving: Improve puck movement, timing, and execution under pressure.

  • Skating: Enhance balance, edge control, agility, and efficiency.

  • Shooting: Develop accuracy, power, and confidence in scoring situations.

  • Team Concepts: Reinforce positioning, spacing, puck support, and decision-making.

Off-Ice Training & Education

Complement your on-ice skills with off-ice activities designed to improve physical fitness and mental sharpness while reducing injury risk:

  • Yoga: Support mobility, balance, recovery, and injury prevention through sessions led by an instructor with over 25 years of experience who directed three busy yoga studios across the Seattle area for two decades. An active athlete herself, she brings a dynamic, empowering teaching style that helps athletes build strength, resilience, and body awareness, directly complementing on-ice performance.

  • Strength & Mobility Training: Build functional strength and resilience using bodyweight-focused movements.

  • Chalk Talk: Break down systems, reads, and situational decision-making to improve hockey IQ.

  • Sports Nutrition Workshop: Learn practical fueling and recovery strategies from a sports dietitian who works with athletes across all levels—from elite competitors to recreational players and weekend warriors—to support training, games, and long-term health.

  • Additional Tips & Techniques: Learn methods to enhance your performance and stay injury-free on and off the ice.
