3s Women's Hockey Clinic - Seattle
April 17-19, 2026 | Olympic View Arena, WA
This clinic was held to gear up for the fall hockey season with a clinic for women (ages 18+) of all skill levels! The goal was to enhance players' game, fitness, and confidence with expert coaching, on-ice drills, team concepts and strategies, and off-ice training focused on strength, performance, and injury prevention, plus a chalk talk and sports nutrition workshop with tips on fueling smart, recovery, and staying game-ready.
