  • Can I ask for more hours in my monthly retainer plan?
    Yes. You can absolutely make a request for additional hours without upgrading to a higher plan. My availability will be based on my monthly workload. No guarantees, but I will try my best to accommodate.
  • What if I have more questions?
    I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Kindly contact me via email.
  • How do we communicate as we work together?
    I'm always available to chat via email.
  • What if I need to cancel our services together?
    I totally understand (although I'd be sad to see you go)! You always have the ability to cancel with any package option, giving 14 days written notice. I will invoice you for any payment due, and payment will be due immediately upon receipt.
  • Do you require a minimum contract?
    No minimum contract for the Hourly and Project-Based packages. There is a minimum three-month contract for the Monthly Retainer package.
  • What if I don't use all of my hours within a month. Do they roll over to the next month?
    No, your unused hours expire at the end of the month.
  • What if I have an urgent job that requires you to work outside business hours to complete?
    I understand things can come up that need urgent attention and I am happy to help, if my workload allows. Charges for the task(s) will be 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.


All services will occur online or over the phone. Services are available to sports organizations, athletic departments, and health, wellness and fitness businesses.
